Clase de Español- Spanish Class

Tema/ topic: Un país del mundo Hispano

Create a poster with at least six facts about a Spanish-speaking country. Some facts that you may want to include on the poster are the population of the country, the largest cities, the capital, and tourist attractions.

Suggested materials: colored markers or pencils, poster board or paper, scissors, travel magazines, glue or tape, photos, Internet to conduct research.

Preparation

1) Select a Spanish-speaking country to research.      

2) Take notes or you can also make photocopies of the information you find.      

3)  Clip out illustrations for travel magazines or from photocopies for your poster.   

4) Write brief captions in Spanish or English under each illustration.                         

5) Be prepared to present your country to the class.

 

Haz un proyecto en un póster que incluya por lo menos 4 datos interesantes sobre algún país de Habla Hispana. Algunos datos que puedes incluir en tu póster son: las ciudades más grandes, la capital, atracciones turísticas y ciudades más importantes.

Materiales recomendados: marcadores, lápices de colores, papel, tijeras, revistas de viajes, pegamento, o cinta adhesiva, fotografías, y el internet para hacer tu investigación.

Preparación:

1) Escoge un país de Habla Hispana del cual buscarás información.        

 2) Toma apuntes o también puedes hacer fotocopias de la información que encontraste.                                                                                                    

3) Recorta imágenes de revistas de viajes o de las copias para incluirlas en tu póster.

4)  Escribe descripciones breves en Español o en Ingles debajo de cada fotografía/ ilustración.        

5) Prepárate para presentar tu proyecto a la clase.

Fecha de entrega/Project due on Oct 28th for students who take Spanish class on Wednesday, Oct 29th for students who take Spanish on Thursday and Oct 30th for students who take Spanish class on Friday.

Week of October 12th: Complete class assignment. Write the name of the flags in Spanish. Illustrate a picture of at least 3 flags from Spanish-speaking countries.

Students in Ms. Jimmerson, Ms. Kallert, and Mrs. McCullough will be required to complete this assignment during the week of October 19th.

During the week of October 7th, I will check the "Colores" classwork. Students should write the colors in Spanish and English. Then, students should draw and color a picture of something that is usually that color.
