Hello! My name is Mrs. Kaitlyn Carroll and I am the fifth grade writing teacher here at Theodore Roosevelt School. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and also in Elementary Education K-6 with a Special Education Endorsement from Georgian Court University in Lakewood, NJ. I am originally from the Jersey Shore but have lived in Bergen and Passaic Counties for the past five years with my husband and our two daughters.

I have always had a passion for education and teaching. It is important to me that students are valued, motivated, understood and most importantly, successful. I also care deeply about their mental health and well being and take pride in my ability to develop a great rapport with students. This is my fifth year at TRS and I am fully dedicated to enhancing student growth and learning and I hope to make this the best year yet!
